Comprising a series of individual modules each containing a number of videos, CFC’s Cyber Masterclass explores a wide range of topics including:
- the evolution and economics of cybercrime
- the life cycle of a cyber claim
- policy coverage and insuring clauses
- cyber security controls, procedures and how underwriters view them
- client conversation techniques including how to approach the topic and overcoming objections
In addition to this on-demand video series, CFC has created a free to access library of resources to further support each broker’s individual learning journey. These include:

- real-life case studies illustrating how cyber events can occur and how CFC’s policy responds
- CFC’s interactive cyber policy

And as further demonstration of its commitment to supporting brokers develop their professional skills, CFC has secured accreditation for its Cyber Masterclass series from industry bodies across the world including The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in the UK and is currently undergoing the approval process in 20 states across the USA.
