Cyber Masterclass

Module one - Gives you the foundations to explain why cyber insurance matters today. You’ll understand how cybercrime has evolved, why cyber risk now affects every business, and how insurers are helping clients prevent attacks, not just recover from them.

Module two - Helps you explain cyber cover with more clarity and confidence. You’ll learn how key areas like business interruption, reputational harm, social engineering, incident response and claims support work in practice, so you can break down complex policy points in a way clients understand.

Module three - Gives you practical tools to sell cyber insurance more effectively. You’ll learn how to communicate the value of cover to SME clients, lead stronger prospect and renewal conversations, handle common objections and approach cyber discussions with greater confidence.

Module four- Helps you make cyber security easier for clients to understand. You’ll learn how to explain key protection layers, including perimeter, email, network, endpoint and data security, and show how proactive attack prevention can reduce risk before an incident happens.

Module five - Gives you industry-specific insight you can use in client conversations. You’ll understand how different sectors are targeted, what exposures they face and which incidents they’re most vulnerable to, helping you make cyber risk feel more relevant to each client.

The series has approved accreditation for each module by the following bodies:

UK & Ireland – Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) & the Irish Insurance Institute (III)

Canada – Alberta Insurance Council, RIBO, Insurance Council of British Columbia & Insurance Council of Manitoba

Australia & New Zealand – NIBA, ANZIIF & IBANZ

USA – IL, FL, TX, NY and submitting for approval in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.

By comparing the new business figures of brokers 180 days before completing Cyber Masterclass, with 180 days after completing and looking and the change in new business bound. Results are based on historical CFC broker data and individual outcomes will vary.
