CFC’s ESG Committee is made up of representatives from our executive team and key departments including human resources, compliance, underwriting, and finance. Reporting directly to CFC’s board, the ESG Committee is responsible for defining CFC’s ESG strategy and overseeing our commitments to the environment, diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility and social impact across our global offices.

Introducing Together at CFC
CFC’s diversity and inclusion program, Together at CFC, focuses on building a diverse and powerful employee community. Our motto is the only thing we don’t tolerate is intolerance.
By hosting high-quality events for CFC employees, featuring motivational external speakers chatting all things D&I.
By holding partner network webinars, arranging D&I training for employees, and producing useful resources about a variety of issues.
By conducting ad-hoc workshops and influencing corporate D&I policy by communicating key areas of policy change being worked on by external network groups, as well as periodic surveys.
Tackling climate change together
CFC has had a Climate Positive Workforce® since August 2020. Working in partnership with Ecologi, we have planted tens of thousands of trees to offset the carbon footprint our employees create at the office and when travelling.
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and are building our own plan for reaching NetZero.

CFC for Good is our effort to give something back and help improve the lives and well-being of others wherever possible.
We believe in lending our time, resources and experience to help young people choose their path and thrive.
Working with The Brokerage, we aim to helped talented young people from all socioeconomic backgrounds in London fulfil their potential and access a professional career path. We do this through workshops, mentoring and work experience.
We are also proud to work with Bright Network, an organization committed to connecting graduates and post-graduates of diverse backgrounds with professional career opportunities.
