We’re proud to announce CFC has been named a 5-star professional liability insurer in Insurance Business America’s 2025 5-Star Professional Liability report.
Based on feedback from the broker community and interviews with specialist brokers, the rating measures insurers on a number of factors and features of professional liability policies.
Brokers were asked about which features they thought were most important in professional liability policies, and then asked how the insurers they dealt with those attributes.
Insurers were measured on the strength of their relationships with brokers, their ability to handle claims, their underwriting expertise, and, most importantly, the strength of the individual products they provide.
While many insurance providers obtained five stars in more than one category, CFC was just one of a handful who received five stars in all.
