O’Shea added: “We are extremely grateful for everything that Michael has done for CFC over an incredible 16 years of dedicated service. His decision to step back is a personal one, however he will continue to support the business in an advisory capacity and will help guide the transition of Poole in the coming months. On behalf of the entire leadership team and everyone at CFC, I want to thank Michael for his extraordinary contribution.
Commenting on the transition, Grist said: “After nearly 16 years at CFC, I’ve decided that now is the right time to step back from day-to-day responsibilities as Group CFO. This business has been the journey of a lifetime, and I’m immensely proud of what we’ve built together. With CFC entering its next phase of growth, I look forward to working with Louise, Jane and the Board in an advisory capacity to continue supporting CFC on its incredible trajectory."
