CFC, the specialist insurance provider, pioneer in emerging risk and market leader in cyber, today announces the appointment of Rae Haynes as Underwriting Manager, Cyber and Tech.
A seasoned insurance professional with over 12 years’ experience of delivering cyber and tech insurance solutions for brokers and their clients, Haynes will be based in Atlanta – the latest addition to CFC’s growing local presence throughout the US.
Michael Brunero, Interim MD at CFC USA COO, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Rae to our team in Atlanta as we continue to bring more local expertise to our broker partners around the country. While we might have an amazing tech platform and are continually expanding our digital trading capabilities, nothing can beat having a local expert on your doorstep."

Rae’s appointment is further demonstration of our commitment to deepening our availability to our partners on the ground, and delivering an even faster, more responsive service no matter where our partners are. Michael Brunero, Interim MD at CFC USA
Haynes joins CFC from At-Bay where he held the role of VP, northeast regional manager. Previous underwriting roles included a two year stint at Hiscox USA and almost four years at Beazley in New York.
Commenting on his new role at CFC, Haynes added: “I am hugely excited to be joining CFC. It’s a business that is as driven to make an impact as I am and committed to innovate and consistently deliver results. I’m looking forward to getting closer to our cyber and tech clients, listening to their needs and working with my new colleagues both here in the US and those back in London to deliver a seamless service to our partners.”
