We’re delighted to share our Group CEO, Louise O’Shea, has once again been named on Insurance Post’s annual Power List – ranked number 17 among the most influential leaders in UK insurance, up from number 28 in 2025.
The list recognizes the people shaping the future of the industry, and Louise’s continued inclusion reflects another standout year leading CFC.
Over the past 12 months, she has strengthened CFC’s position at the forefront of innovation – from driving progress across cyber, emerging risks and specialist insurance to overseeing our entry into carbon insurance. Louise has also overseen continued global expansion, leading CFC into new markets and empowering our teams to serve brokers and clients locally.
Alongside all of this, Louise remains passionate about building an inclusive, high-performing culture, strengthening our leadership team and championing diversity across the business.
We couldn’t be prouder to see Louise recognized again, as she leads CFC into its next chapter of growth.
