CFC, the specialist insurance provider, pioneer in emerging risk and market leader in cyber, today announces the appointment of Christyn Yoast to the role of Global Head of Commercial, to drive the group’s commercial strategy across its growing global footprint. Yoast is expected to start in January 2026 and will be based in New York.

Yoast has more than two decades of experience spanning underwriting, distribution, and strategy development across various lines of business. She joins CFC from Boxx Insurance, where she was US President.
Prior to this, Yoast was the North American Head of Underwriting & Distribution and Global API Channel Owner at Beazley Digital, where she led the digital division's portfolio and implemented API integration strategies to optimize policy management. Additional leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Carrier & Distribution Strategy at Amwins where she spearheaded strategic sales plans for the Western U.S. and mentored junior brokers to ensure client satisfaction and regional growth. Earlier in her career, Yoast held various positions of increasing responsibility at firms such as AIG and Liberty Mutual.

Boxx was acquired by Zurich Insurance Group in July 2025. Zurich has been a long-standing supporter of CFC, working across CFC’s MGA portfolio since 2019 and currently supporting 12 business lines.
