What to expect
As an intern you'll work in our London office within an underwriting, claims, legal, marketing, HR or distribution team.
Along the way you'll receive an in-depth insight to the insurance market and learn from some of the best and brightest minds in the business, gaining valuable connections to help you launch your career.
This is an in-person internship scheme, we will expect all successful candidates to be in the office full time to gain the most out of this experience.

When does it start?
The 2026 program will run throughout July - August 2026 (9 weeks).
Is it paid?
Yes! CFC offers a paid internship program inclusive of annual leave.
Who should apply
Students in year 13 through their final year of university who have:
- Good communication skills
- Innovative and creative minds
- Deliver results and achieve goals
- Act with integrity
- Excel working in a collaborative team environment
- Based in the UK and able to commute to our London office
How can I apply?

This doesn’t have to be dedicated to work or studies, your application video is about YOU - you can make it as fun and creative as you like!
