Chris will join in November and sit on the Executive Committee. He will be responsible for driving the technology strategy that underpins CFC’s long-term vision and digital distribution capabilities, building on CFC’s track record of innovation including one-question quoting, automated renewals and agentic underwriting.

Chris joins CFC from Hiscox, where he served as Group Chief Information Officer, leading the FTSE 100 insurer's global technology transformation, including their work on AI. He has more than 20 years' experience across insurance, banking and financial services, having previously held senior technology leadership roles at C. Hoare & Co, Close Brothers and Experian. John Howard, Chair at CFC said: “Technology and innovation have been central to CFC’s momentum and success since day one. Chris joins us as Chief Information Officer at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. Working closely with Adam and the broader leadership team, he will play a critical role in scaling our business globally and delivering the vision for our next chapter of evolution.

Chris has an exceptional track record of building world-class technology, data and AI capabilities.
