CFC voted top SME Insurer at the Advisen Cyber Risk Awards
We're delighted that CFC's cyber underwriting and claims teams picked up three awards at the prestigious Advisen Cyber Risk Awards 2021.
Although at this time last year we thought we'd be jet-setting around the globe to visit our brokers and back to in-person events by now, we nonetheless had a brilliant time at last night's virtual Advisen Cyber Risk Awards. Some members of our team gathered in the office and some more popped open bottles of bubbly at home, excited for what this year had in store.
And the night didn't disappoint! CFC and our partners at Solis Security were shortlisted in six categories last night. And we were so humbled to have won the following:
- Cyber Risk Industry Person of the Year – EMEA: Graeme Newman
- Cyber Risk Event Response Team of the Year: CFC / Solis
- Cyber SME Insurer of the Year: CFC
The event also featured amusing presentations by CFC's Shannon Groeber and Graeme Newman himself, plus a team dance number not to be missed (keep an eye on our LinkedIn to watch it!).
Any business operating in this industry knows that it hasn't been an easy year. We're facing a seismic shift in the scope of cyber risk, with ransomware and other attacks increasing in frequency and severity. But these challenges make it all the more special to be recognized for our efforts to provide products and services that deliver value to customers and make our brokers' lives easier.
