Disruptive innovation: What, why and how?!

George Beattie – Head of Innovation, CFC

Technology is a key part of innovation. But developing the right products to meet customer needs is also critical. Staying ahead of the game, and relevant to our customers, means creating products for emerging risks and markets that push us into the protection gap - the space between what insurance does today and what it needs to do tomorrow. CFC wants to solve these problems that others don't, can't or won't. Head of Innovation George Beattie will tell us how.

Cognitive diversity and high performance

Matthew Syed - Author, journalist and broadcaster

Matthew Syed, best-selling author and Sunday Times columnist, provides a fast-paced analysis of how the best organisations innovate and sustain change, even in a world that is being disrupted faster than ever before. Building upon examples in business, sport and beyond, Matthew explains why and how diversity matters, and why learning from mistakes is more important than ever.

Chris Loehr - Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, CFC Response

What really happens when a company suffers a cyber attack and they don’t have insurance? Cyber security veteran Chris Loehr from CFC Response is here to walk us through some grueling real life scenarios – what went wrong, how we fixed it, and what kept these businesses from taking up insurance in the first place.
